On July 11, 2024, the Court received from the parties in the above-docketed matter a proposed stipulated decision resolving this litigation. Review shows, however, that the docket number in both the caption and on the second page is incorrect, improperly reflecting a small tax case "S" designation.
The premises considered, and for cause, it is
ORDERED that the joint proposed stipulated decision, filed July 11, 2024, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before August 12, 2024, the parties shall file a revised proposed stipulated decision with the Court.
