ORDER

On August 24, 2022, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction on the ground that the filing fee was not paid. On September 12, 2022, petitioner filed a Letter dated September 3, 2022, in which she states that she paid the filing fee and enclosed a check that had been made out to the United States Tax Court that was endorsed by the U.S. Treasury on November 30, 2021.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction, entered on August 24, 2022, is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that the Court's filing fee of $60.00 is waived in this case.
