DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motions by appellants to consolidate appeals from a final judgment of the City Court of Rye, Westchester County, entered December 21, 2020, and orders of that court dated November 9, 2021 (appeal No. 2021-763 W C), November 5, 2021 (appeal No. 2021-764 W C), November 5, 2021 (appeal No. 2021-765 W C), and September 1, 2021 (appeal No. 2022-309 W C), respectively, for summary reversal, and for a stay pending determination of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the motions are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further, ORDERED that the branches of the motions seeking a stay pending determination of the appeals are denied; and it is further, ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking summary reversal is denied; and it is further, ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to consolidate the appeals is granted to the extent that the appellant may perfect the appeals with a single brief and a single reproduced record on appeal bearing all docket numbers and there shall be oral argument, if requested, on all appeals at the same time; and it is further, ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the appeals shall be perfected on or before September 30, 2022; and it is further, ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected by September 30, 2022, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, or respondent may move, on three days' notice, to dismiss the appeal, and may serve such application upon appellant in person.
