ORDER

It appears appellant is not represented by counsel on appeal. The clerk's record filed June 6, 2024, shows appellant is indigent.

We ORDER the trial court, within TEN DAYS of the date of this order, to appoint counsel to represent appellant on appeal and to notify this Court of the identity of appointed counsel for appellant.

We ORDER the district clerk to file within TWENTY-ONE days of the date of this order a supplemental clerk's record containing the trial court's order appointing counsel to represent appellant on appeal.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Tracy Holmes, Presiding Judge, 363rd Judicial District Court; Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk; and counsel for all parties.

We ABATE this appeal for the trial court to comply with this order. The appeal shall be reinstated when the Court receives the trial court's order appointing counsel for appellant or at such other time as the Court deems appropriate.
