ORDER

Before the Court is the April 24, 2017 joint motion to abate the appeal and supplement the reporter's record. In the motion, appellant states that a review of the reporter's record shows State's exhibits 32, 36, and 46 are missing from the record. Appellant and the State request we abate the appeal and order the record supplemented with these photos.

We GRANT the motion to the extent we ORDER court reporter Mary Snider to file a supplemental reporter's record containing the State's exhibits 32, 36, and 46 (photographs of appellant admitted during punishment) within TEN DAYS of the date of this order. Appellant's brief shall be due forty days from the date of this order.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send a copy of this order to the Honorable Rick Magnis, Presiding Judge, 283rd Judicial District Court; to Mary Snider, court reporter, 283rd Judicial District Court; and to counsel for all parties.
