ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE
JOHN G. KOELTL, District Judge:
On August 11, 2022, the plaintiff filed the Complaint in this action. ECF No. 1. The defendants have failed to answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint. On October 4, 2022, the Clerk of the Court entered certificates of default with respect to the defendants. ECF Nos. 22, 23, 24. The plaintiff now seeks to enter a default judgment against the defendants. The defendants shall respond in writing to this Order to Show Cause for a default judgment by January 6, 2023. If the defendants fail to respond by that date, judgment may be entered against them and the defendants will have no trial. The plaintiff may reply by January 13, 2023. The plaintiff shall serve a copy of this Order to Show Cause on the defendants, together with all supporting papers, by December 15, 2022 and shall file proof of service on the docket by December 19, 2022. No personal appearances are required in connection with this Order to Show Cause.
