In an action to set aside a deed to certain land in the Village of Tuckahoe, County of Westchester, on the ground, inter alia, of failure of consideration, the defendant appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, in favor of plaintiff, rendered March 31, 1960, upon the decision of the court, after a nonjury trial. Judgment affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Ughetta, Acting P.J., Kleinfeld, Christ, Hill and Rabin, JJ., concur.
