Pino-Barretto v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District
Jun 14, 1983
432 So. 2d 791 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1983)

Opinion

No. 83-19.

June 14, 1983.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Dade County; D. Bruce Levy, Judge.

Bennett H. Brummer, Public Defender and Beth C. Weitzner, Asst. Public Defender, for appellant.

Jim Smith, Atty. Gen. and Jack B. Ludin, Asst. Atty. Gen., for appellee.

Before SCHWARTZ, C.J., and BARKDULL and NESBITT, JJ.

The order and judgment under review are affirmed. The order of probation revocation, however, should be corrected upon remand to reflect, as the trial court announced orally, that the defendant was found in violation upon the sole ground that he carried a concealed firearm.
