In the case at Docket 11642-18, Judge Albert G. Lauber has retained jurisdiction. The case at Docket No. 10460-20 is currently calendared for trial at the Court's April 4, 2022, San Francisco, California trial session.

In the case at Docket No. 11642-18, on March 9, 2022, the parties filed a Motion to Consolidate Docket Numbers 11642-18, 10460-20.
