On August 21, 2023, the parties filed for the Court's consideration a Proposed Stipulated Decision along with a Stipulation (Docs. 13 & 14). Upon review of those documents, it appears that the overpayment amount shown in the Stipulation is incorrect due to an arithmetic error.
In view of the foregoing, it is hereby
ORDERED that, on or before September 5, 2023, the parties shall file a revised Stipulation reflecting the correct overpayment amount.
