On appeal by the Superintendent of Insurance from an order awarding fees to counsel for creditors, co-plaintiffs, the order is modified on the facts as follows: By striking from the second ordering paragraph the figure "15%" and inserting in place thereof the figure "10%"; and by striking from the fifth and sixth ordering paragraphs the figure "7 1/2%" and inserting in place thereof in said paragraphs the figure "5%." As thus modified, the order is affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements to appellant. The fees allowed by Special Term were excessive. Lazansky, P.J., Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston and Adel, JJ., concur.
