ORDERED that this case is stricken for hearing from the Court's September 22, 2021, Washington, DC, special hearing session without prejudice to respondent to pursue a subpoena against Jingbo Pan at a future date. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion for Continuance, filed August 11, 2021, is granted in that this case is stricken for trial from the October 18, 2021, Chicago, Illinois Trial Session and is continued generally.
