ORDER
Pursuant to Tex.R.App.P. 10.4 (a) the motion ruled on through this Order may have been decided by a single Justice sitting on the panel.
Pending before the Court is the Parties' joint motion to abate. The parties are negotiating a resolution of the claims in this appeal.
The Court GRANTS the motion and ORDERS this appeal abated until July 24, 2024, to give the parties an opportunity to finalize a settlement. The appellate timetable will be suspended during the abatement. If the parties finalize a settlement prior to July 24, 2024, the parties are directed to notify the Court and to file an appropriate motion to dispose of this action.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
