Opinion

(6336)

Argued November 9, 1988

Decision released December 5, 1988

Action to recover a deposit made pursuant to an agreement to purchase certain of the defendants' real property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at New Britain and referred to Hon. Roman J. Lexton, state trial referee; judgment in favor of the defendants, from which the plaintiffs appealed to this court. No error.

Irving B. Shurberg, for the appellants (plaintiffs).

Raymond J. Wiezalis, for the appellees (defendants).

Our analysis of the plaintiffs' claims of error fails to disclose that the factual findings of the trial court are clearly erroneous in view of the evidence and pleadings in the whole record or that the decision is otherwise erroneous in law. Practice Book 4061.
