AMENDED SCHEDULING ORDER
PER CURIAM
This is a cross appeal from a final judgment signed December 31, 2024. On December 12, 2024, we issued a scheduling order upon joint motion of the parties.
On December 11, 2024, appellant/cross-appellee Pilot Travel Centers LLC (Pilot) filed an opposed motion to extend time to file its brief. Appellee/cross-appellants M. Felder Trucking LLC and Mark Felder (Felder parties) filed a response in opposition; Pilot filed a supplemental motion to extend time; and the Felder Parties filed another response in opposition. We grant Pilot's motions as follows:
• Appellant/Cross-Appellee's, Pilot Travel Centers, opening brief is due
January 17, 2025 with no further extensions to be granted absent exceptional circumstances, with a word limit of 15,000 words;
• Appellees/Cross-Appellants', M. Felder Trucking, LLC and Mark Felder, combined opening brief is due January 17, 2025 with no further extensions to be granted absent exceptional circumstances, with a word limit of 30,000 words;
• Appellant/Cross-Appellee's, Pilot Travel Centers, response brief is due February 18, 2025 with a word limit of 30,000 words;
• Appellees/Cross-Appellants', M. Felder Trucking, LLC and Mark Felder, combined response brief is due February 18, 2025 with a word limit of 15,000 words
• All parties' reply briefs, if any, are due March 7, 2025. Each reply brief shall have a word limit of 7,500 words.
