This is a cross appeal from a final judgment signed December 31, 2023. The parties have moved to extend the time to file their briefs and exceed the world limit. We order the following:
• Appellant/Cross-Appellee's, Pilot Travel Centers, opening brief is due December 20, 2024 with a word limit of 15,000 words;
• Appellees/Cross-Appellants', M. Felder Trucking, LLC and Mark Felder, combined opening brief is due December 20, 2024 with a word limit of 30,000 words;
• Appellant/Cross-Appellee's, Pilot Travel Centers, response brief is
due January 21, 2025 with a word limit of 30,000 words;
• Appellees/Cross-Appellants', M. Felder Trucking, LLC and Mark Felder, combined response brief is due January 21, 2025 with a word limit of 15,000 words
• All parties' reply briefs, if any, are due February 12, 2025. Each reply brief shall have a word limit of 7,500 words.
