ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Mark V. Holme, Judge.

This case was on the Court's June 12, 2023, Buffalo, New York trial calendar. Ms. Pillich did not appear, which prompted respondent to move to dismiss her case for lack of proper prosecution. Ms. Pillich has had some contacts with respondent and the Court, so we want to give her a chance to explain her absence. It is therefore

ORDERED that, on or before July 12, 2023, petitioner shall show cause in writing why the Court should not grant respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution enter a decision ending her case. Failure to respond to this order will likely result in the granting of respondent's motion and entry of decision.

ORDERED that the undersigned retains jurisdiction of this case.
