DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to consolidate an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 24, 2012, with an appeal from a judgment of the same court dated October 18, 2012.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the record and the briefs filed in connection with the appeal from the order is deemed to be the record and the briefs filed in connection with the judgment, and on or before February 5, 2013, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment and the notice of appeal from the judgment.
