The Court REINSTATES the appeal.

On September 15, 2015, we ordered the trial court to make findings of fact, in accordance with Texas Code of Criminal Procedure article 38.22, section 6, regarding its ruling on the voluntariness of appellant's confession. We have received a supplemental record containing the trial court's written findings of fact and conclusions of law.

Appellant's brief is due within THIRTY DAYS of the date of this order.
