An order of this Court having been entered on October 27, 2016, denying petitioner-appellant's motion for leave to prosecute, as a poor person, the appeal from the judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about January 19, 2016, And petitioner-appellant having moved for clarification of the aforesaid order (M-4510), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
