ORDER

Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders: The motion to waive fees is GRANTED for this case only.

The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because the order appealed from is not a final order as defined in MCR 7.202(6). MCR 7.203(A)(1). The postjudgment order regarding child support cannot be considered an order that grants or denies a motion to change legal custody, physical custody, or domicile under MCR 7.202(6)(a)(iii). Dismissal is without prejudice to the filing of a late appeal under MCR 7.205(A)(4), provided such a filing meets all requirements under the court rules and is not time-barred.
