Opinion

Case No. 2D97-2768

Opinion filed July 7, 2000.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Lee County; Jay B. Rosman, Judge.

James Marion Moorman, Public Defender, and Richard J. Sanders, Assistant Public Defender, Bartow, for Appellant.

Christopher J. Pierce appeals his conviction and sentence for an offense occurring on February 29, 1996. We affirm the conviction without further discussion.
