This is an appeal from a judgment setting aside the verdict of the jury for $3,233.78 and dismissing the plaintiff's complaint. Judgment and order setting aside the verdict and dismissing the complaint unanimously affirmed, without costs. The action was not commenced within the time limited by the contract.
