On January 8, 2024 Appellant filed a status letter with the Court stating the parties have settled. The settlement agreement has been finalized and is being circulated for signatures.
Therefore, the Court on its own motion REINSTATES the above styled and numbered cause. The parties are directed to file either a motion to dismiss or status letter with this Court on or before January 27, 2024.
