KALEB J. PIERCE, ET AL., Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Travis A. Greaves, Judge.

These cases were set for trial at a Special Session of the Court in Salt Lake City, Utah on April 1, 2024. Before the commencement of the trial, respondent and counsel for petitioner Jeanette Bosco reported that a basis for settlement had been reached and filed a Stipulation of Settled Issues in Docket No. 24788-18.

On April 23, 2024, the parties in Docket No. 24788-18 filed a Joint Motion to Sever.

Because the motion was inadvertently filed in the consolidated case only, it is

ORDERED that the Joint Motion to Sever in Docket No. 24788-18, filed April 23, 2024, is denied. It is further

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, these cases are hereby severed from this consolidated group. It is further

ORDERED that the parties in Docket No. 24788-18 shall, on or before June 12, 2024, file with the Court a proposed stipulated decision.
