PRESENT:

An order having been entered on April 5, 2021, granting respondent-appellant's application to perfect an appeal taken herein as a poor person and assigning Philip Rothschild, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeal,

Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Philip Rothschild, Esq., dated April 28, 2021, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that Sharon P. O'Hanlon, Esq., 4736 Onondaga Boulevard, PMB 205, Syracuse, New York 13219, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered September 24, 2020, in place and stead of Philip Rothschild, Esq., and

It is further ORDERED that the Onondaga County Family Court Clerk provide Sharon P. O'Hanlon, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based.
