Petitioner Mark Picozzi filed an original petition for a writ of mandamus. Subsequently, Picozzi filed a document seeking to withdraw the "motion" filed in Docket No. 88708. This document is treated as a motion to voluntarily withdraw the petition, and the motion is granted. The petition for a writ of mandamus is dismissed.
