Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to the Notice of Determination Concerning Collection Action and to Strike as to Taxable year 2022, filed August 30, 2022, it is

ORDERED that, on or before September 28, 2022, petitioner shall file an Objection, if any, to respondent's above-referenced motion. Failure to file an objection may result in the granting of respondent's motion and the dismissal for lack of jurisdiction of so much of this case relating to a notice of determination concerning collection action and to tax year 2022.
