¶ 15 On April 3, 2006, this court entered an order reversing the judgment against the real estate agent defendants and remanding for a new trial. Pickett v. Williams, No. 5-05-0137 (2006) (unpublished order under Supreme Court Rule 23). We found that the punitive damage awards against the real estate defendants could not stand because verdict form A did not provide a place for the jury to assess compensatory damages against the real estate agent defendants.
