The above-docketed matter was closed by Order of Dismissal and Decision entered on October 19, 2021. Thereafter, due to an inadvertent clerical error in the amount of deficiency due from petitioner for the taxable year 2018 the Order of Dismissal and Decision will be vacated. The Order served on October 20, 2021, also had an erroneous served date and will be stricken from the Court's record.

Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the Order of Dismissal and Decision entered October 19, 2021 (Index No. 18), is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that the Order entered October 20, 2021 (Index No. 19), is hereby stricken from the Court's record.
