Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff as a result of allegedly excessive force used by the defendants during the plaintiff's arrest, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford and tried to the jury before Aurigemma, J.; verdict for the defendants; thereafter, the court denied the plaintiff's motion to set aside the verdict and rendered judgment in accordance with the verdict, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
