ORDER

This case was calendared for trial at the session of the Court to be conducted remotely, commencing Monday, January 31, 2022, for cases in which Birmingham, Alabama, was listed as the place of trial.

On February 4, 2022, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision and Stipulation as one filing. Each of the aforementioned documents must be filed separately.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision (Docket Entry No. 011) is stricken from the record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that on or before March 3, 2022, the parties shall refile as separate filings, the parties' Stipulation, and the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision.
