This case was assigned to the undersigned judge for disposition on November 1, 2019. On June 1, 2022, petitioner filed a Reply to Respondent's Objection to Petitioner's Amended Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 88) and Declaration of Randall P. Andreozzi in Support of Petitioner's Reply to Respondent's Objection to Petitioner's Amended Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 89). Later on June 1, 2022, petitioner filed a second Reply to Respondent's Objection to Petitioner's Amended Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 90) and Declaration of Randall P. Andreozzi in Support of Petitioner's Reply to Respondent's Objection to Petitioner's Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 91) to correct errors in the first reply and declaration. Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that petitioner's Reply to Respondent's Objection to Petitioner's Amended Motion for Summary (Doc. 88) and Declaration of Randall P. Andreozzi in Support of Petitioner's Reply to Respondent's Objection to Petitioner's Amended Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 89) are deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
