This case was assigned to the undersigned judge for disposition on November 1, 2019. On February 11, 2022, petitioner filed an Amended Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 77) together with a Memorandum of Law in Support of Amended Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 78) and a Declaration of Randall P. Andreozzi in Support of Amended Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 79). By Order served February 16, 2022, respondent was directed to file, on or before March 17, 2022, a response to petitioner's Amended Motion for Summary Judgment. The Order further directed petitioner to file any reply to respondent's response on or before April 18, 2022.

On February 24, 2022, respondent filed an unopposed Motion for Extension of Time (Doc. 82) requesting that the Court extend the date by which respondent is required to respond to petitioner's Amended Motion for Summary Judgment.

Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Extension of Time filed February 24, 2022, is granted in that the time in which respondent shall file a response to petitioner's Amended Motion for Summary Judgment is extended from March 17, 2022, to May 2, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that the time in which petitioner shall file a reply, if any, to respondent's response is extended from April 18, 2022, to June 1, 2022.
