In an action for injunctive relief against a labor union, plaintiff appeals from an order which denied its motion for an injunction pendente lite and granted defendants' motion to dismiss the complaint. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. Plaintiff's time to serve an amended complaint, if so advised, is extended for ten days after entry of the order hereon. No opinion. Carswell, Acting P.J., Adel, Sneed, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur. [See post, p. 666.]
