Before the Court is appellant's motion for extension of time to file the clerk's record. Appellant explains the extension is necessary because the record has not been filed even though payment was mailed on July 23, 2024.
We note the trial court's online docket reflects payment was received July 30, 2024. Accordingly, we GRANT the motion and ORDER Dallas County District Clerk Felicia Pitre to file the record no later than August 26, 2024.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Pitre and the parties.
