ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On September 15, 2022, petitioner filed a petition to commence this case. On November 22, 2022, petitioner filed a Letter Requesting Change of Caption seeking to add Tuan C. Do, petitioner's spouse to this case.

In order for this Court to acquire jurisdiction to consider this case as to Tuan C. Do and to support the changing of the caption, it is necessary to obtain a Ratification of the Petition bearing Tuan C. Do's original signature.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, if Tuan C. Do wishes to be added to this case, he shall, on or before March 7, 2023, submit to the Court a Ratification of Petition, in paper form (not electronic), duly signed with an original signature (preferably in blue ink), in which he states that he has read the petition, filed September 15, 2022, and ratifies and affirms the filing of the petition.

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court is directed to serve a copy of this Order on Tuan C. Do at petitioner's address.
