ORDER TO FILE APPELLANT'S BRIEF
PER CURIAM
This cause is before the Court on appellant's third motion for extension of time to file appellant's brief and appellant's request for copy of electronically recorded exhibits. Appellant's brief was originally due on October 11, 2023. After two previous extensions, appellant's brief was due to be filed on February 9, 2024.
The Court, having fully considered appellant's current motion for extension of time to file the brief and motions for extension of time to file the brief previously granted in this case, is of the opinion that, in the interest of justice, appellant's third motion for extension of time to file the brief should be granted with order. Appellant also requests a copy of exhibits contained in the reporter's record. The Clerk of the Court shall provide a digital link to the exhibit volume of the reporter's record to all lead counsel, on the same date this order is issued.
Accordingly, appellant's third motion for extension of time to file the brief is hereby granted; and, appellant's request for a copy of electronically recorded exhibits is granted.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Honorable H. Todd McCray, counsel for appellant, file appellant's brief with this Court on or before 5:00 p.m. on March 11, 2024.
