The petition for review is granted. The matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District, with directions to vacate its order denying mandate and to issue an alternative writ to be heard before that court when the proceeding is ordered on calendar.
All further proceedings in People v. Roslyn Phipps, Sacramento County Superior Court No. 17FE010185, are hereby stayed pending further order of the Court of Appeal.
Corrigan, J., was absent and did not participate.
