Appeal from the County Court at Law No. 2 of Dallas, Texas (TC# CC-14-06421-B) O RDER

On September 11, 2015 this Court issued an order for mediation referral. The order required the parties to make any objection to referral within ten days of the order. On September 15, 2015 Appellee timely filed an objection. The Court finds Appellee's objection persuasive.

Therefore, the Court ORDERS this appeal to continue, the appellate timetable suspension is lifted and the Appellee's brief shall now be filed in this Court on or before October 22, 2015.

Further, the Appellant's pro se emergency motion to stay mediation and appoint mediator is denied as moot.

IT IS SO ORDERED this 22nd day of September, 2015.
