Appeal from the County Court at Law No. 2 of Dallas County, Texas (TC# CC-14-06421-B) ORDER

Pending before the Court is Appellant's motion to suspend the due date of her brief, or alternatively, to grant her an extension of sixty days. Appellant's request to suspend the deadline for filing her brief is DENIED. We grant Appellant's motion for additional time to file the brief and extend the current deadline for thirty days. Appellant's brief is due to be filed no later than August 28, 2015. NO FURTHER MOTIONS FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE THE APPELLANT'S BRIEF WILL BE CONSIDERED BY THIS COURT.

It is further ORDERED that Deloris Phillips, pro se, prepare the Appellant's brief and forward the same to this Court on or before August 28, 2015.
