ORDER
BONNIE LEE GOLDSTEIN, JUSTICE.
We REINSTATE this case which we abated pursuant to the federal removal statute, 28 U.S.C. § 1446, after appellant removed the action to the United States District Court, Northern District of Texas Dallas Division. See 28 U.S.C. § 1446 (d). Pending before the Court is (1) appellees Bankers Standard Insurance Company, Cigna, Dallas County, Texas Department of Insurance, Teamsters Local 767, UPS, and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company's joint motion to reinstate and dismiss this appeal and (2) appellant's motion for a sixty-day extension of time to file a response to appellees' motion.
We GRANT appellant's motion TO THE EXTENT THAT we ORDER appellant to file her response no later than December 12, 2023. We caution appellant that further extension requests will not be granted absent exigent circumstances.
We ABATE the appeal again in accordance with the federal removal statute. See 28 U.S.C. § 1446 (d).
