MEMORANDUM OPINION


Stephanie Phillips appealed the trial court's order compelling testing pursuant to section 81.050 of the Texas Health and Safety Code. Appellant no longer desires to prosecute the appeal, and the State has filed a motion to dismiss as moot because the testing has been completed. We grant the State's motion and dismiss the appeal as moot. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1.
