Upon consideration, petitioner's motion for leave to file supplemental ground is granted.

Following review of the petition for writ of habeas corpus alleging ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, and the response, reply and supplemental ground thereto, it is ordered that said petition is hereby denied. SALTER, FERNANDEZ and LOGUE, JJ., concur.
