MASTER AND SERVANT, § 54 — affirmance of judgment in action to recover commission. In action to recover commissions allegedly earned for making loans to defendants, wherein defendants filed counterclaim against codefendants predicated upon alleged wrongful conduct in breach of contract of such codefendants, judgment entered against defendants on their counterclaim would be affirmed.
