MASTER AND SERVANT, § 54affirmance of judgment in action to recover commission. In action to recover commissions allegedly earned for making loans to defendants, wherein defendants filed counterclaim against codefendants predicated upon alleged wrongful conduct in breach of contract of such codefendants, judgment entered against defendants on their counterclaim would be affirmed.

Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. FRANK M. PADDEN, Judge, presiding.

Judgment affirmed. Heard in the second division, first district, this court at the June term, 1942;
