Order denying motion to vacate the judgment and to amend the decision so as to permit the entry of a judgment dismissing the complaint without prejudice instead of on the merits affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Young, Hagarty, Carswell and Davis, JJ., concur. (See ante, p. 763.)
