This case was consolidated with that of Phillips et al. v. Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, La. App., 209 So.2d 795, which awarded damages ex delicto to the plaintiffs therein and accorded recognition to the intervention of Hardware Mutual Casualty Company and Cub Beverage Company for reimbursement of workmen's compensation payments.

Accordingly, the judgment in this case is affirmed at appellants' cost.
