KEITH M. PHILLIPS, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent KEITH M PHILLIPS, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

On March 28, 2022, petitioner electronically filed a document as a Petition to commence the case at Docket No. 6378-22. However, a review of that document and the attachments thereto establishes that, rather than a Petition raising a new matter, the filing is more akin to a status report regarding petitioner's case at Docket No. 5854-21P. Accordingly, we will close the case at Docket No. 6378-22 on the ground of duplication with the case at Docket No. 5854-21P and direct the Clerk to file the aforementioned document as a status report at Docket No. 5854-21P.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, the case at Docket No. 6378-22 is closed on the ground of duplication with the case at Docket No. 5854-21P. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall copy the Petition, filed March 28, 2022, at Docket No. 6378-22 and shall file it as of that date as a status report at Docket No. 5854-21P.
