This case is calendared for trial at the February 28, 2022, Seattle, Washington, Trial Session of the Court.

On February 4, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report indicating the parties have reached a basis for settlement in this case. The parties need additional time for petitioner to review, sign, and return the stipulated decision document.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's February 28, 2022, Seattle, Washington, Trial Session. Petitioner is not expected to appear at the Zoomgov calendar call on Monday, February 28, 2022. It is further
