ORDER

Christian N. Weiler, Judge

This case is presently calendared for trial on the Court's March 28, 2022, Tampa, Florida trial session. On January 27, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Continuance asking the Court to restore this case to the general docket. The motion states that this case is in the Appeals Office. Petitioner's counsel has provided documents to the Appeals Officer; however, more time is needed for the Appeals Officer to review those documents and to properly consider a potential settlement.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Joint Motion for Continuance is granted and this case is stricken from the March 28, 2022, Tampa, Florida trial session and is continued generally.
